Got some Union hand-roasted coffee for Xmas. This is the original blend and comes as a cafeteria grind. Its tasting notes are Chocolate and Caramel and it’s quite a full-bodied coffee considering its medium roast and a ‘strength 4’. As always it went in the Aeropress. Will have to try it with some cream.
