Yes, the Tatton Park Car Show is family-friendly and offers plenty to keep kids entertained. While the main attraction is undoubtedly the array of classic and performance cars, the organisers have made sure to include family-oriented activities that make the event more than just a car show.
The headline addition for families is the Kid Zone, powered by Scalextric. It features a replica of the Goodwood racing circuit where children (and competitive adults!) can try their hand at slot car racing. There’s also a Wheelstand racing simulator that offers an immersive motorsport experience without the need for a racing licence.
The open-air layout gives kids room to explore, and the friendly, relaxed atmosphere means parents can enjoy the exhibits without constant worry. There are food stalls selling kid-friendly options like burgers and soft drinks, or you can bring your own picnic—which is a smart option if you want to keep costs down.
Toilets are available throughout the venue, and while they’re mostly porta-loos, they are plentiful and generally well maintained. The only real drawback is the weather: as it’s all outdoors, muddy fields and wet conditions can make life harder for families with pushchairs or toddlers.
Overall, the event is well-suited to family visits—just bring a raincoat, wet wipes, and maybe a toy car or two.
The Tatton Park Car Show is best known for its wide variety of classic and performance vehicles. Visitors can expect to see over 2,000 cars on display, ranging from pristine British classics like MGs, Triumphs, and Jaguars to more modern showstoppers like Ferraris and Porsches—although true supercars like Zondas or McLaren F1s are rarely seen.
Many vehicles are brought in by official car clubs who put together impressive stands, often themed and rich in detail. Others are privately owned entries from individuals who simply love to show off their pride and joy. Standouts at recent events have included replica Ferraris, a Honda NSX, and a fantastic line-up of Audi Quattros.
Aside from the vehicles themselves, the event also features a huge trade and autojumble area selling parts, detailing products, memorabilia, and even some unexpected items (one stall was selling fishtanks!). The new Kid Zone, powered by Scalextric, and charity Dream Rides by Sporting Bears also add diversity to the event.
While it may not offer the ultra-exotic cars found at Goodwood or Salon Privé, Tatton’s strength lies in its community vibe and sheer scale. It’s a proper day out for anyone with a soft spot for retro cars and motoring nostalgia.
Attending the Tatton Park Car Show involves two main charges: parking and entry. Parking is approximately £10 and can be purchased in advance through the Tatton Park website. It’s located in an open field, so come prepared if the weather’s wet. Entry to the car show itself is around £15 per adult, bringing the total to £25 or more per person before you’ve even bought a burger or souvenir.
Compared to similar events like the Claremont Car Show, which offers free parking and donation-based entry, the pricing at Tatton can feel steep, especially considering there are no indoor facilities or permanent buildings. Everything is based outdoors, which can be brilliant in the sun, but less enjoyable in the rain.
That said, the event does offer a lot for your money: over 2,000 classic and performance cars, trade stalls, a massive autojumble, live entertainment, charity Dream Rides, and a family-friendly Kid Zone. If you’re a dedicated car enthusiast or enjoy a full day out with plenty to see, it can justify the cost. For casual visitors or families, it may come down to how much you value the experience and whether the weather holds up.
Note: Costs are approximate and some discounts may be available ahead of time.
Because I don’t just run meetings—I build momentum. I combine delivery leadership with team care, stakeholder fluency, and a track record of transforming uncertainty into action. I’m equally comfortable in startups, enterprises, and scale-ups.
Clients, colleagues, and engineers consistently mention my calm leadership, strong communication, and bias toward results. Whether your teams are in chaos or just stuck, I bring clarity.
One standout success was helping bring Simply Asset Finance live on a new cloud-based lending platform with zero business disruption at Lendscape. The platform now automates critical processes and has transformed in-life servicing speed. I played a leading role in managing internal delivery and release cadence, and clients praised the result as seamless and collaborative.
I’ve repeated this success across several teams and platforms, bringing structure, delivery confidence, and long-term agility.
Absolutely. My experience spans working with engineers, analysts, architects, and executives, translating between strategy and code. I provide transparency for senior stakeholders while keeping teams motivated and focused. I also handle delicate conversations about trade-offs, scope creep, and technical debt with clarity and calm.
The success of the Lendscape project was due in part to managing internal expectations clearly while enabling engineers to focus on outcomes, not politics.
I specialise in making complexity manageable. I break down large-scale programmes into achievable increments, reduce inter-team confusion, and ensure that delivery doesn’t stall under its own weight. With experience across platform migrations, cloud deployments, and API-first architecture projects, I know how to lead teams in fast-paced, regulated, and tech-heavy settings.
At Lendscape, I supported internal teams to deliver, ensuring everything from sprint planning to rollout went smoothly. Simply Asset Finance described the project as “drama-free”, because that’s what strong delivery leadership looks like.
Delivering a digital product isn’t just about sprinting toward a deadline; it’s about aligning teams, processes, and expectations. I bring years of experience managing cross-functional squads, coaching Agile practices, and unblocking delivery pipelines. Whether you’re stuck in analysis paralysis or constantly reacting to fire drills, I’ll help stabilise progress and steer toward clear outcomes.
In the case of the Lendscape platform used by Simply Asset Finance, I helped manage delivery across multiple squads while shielding teams from disruption. My focus was on meaningful progress, sustainable pace, and stakeholder confidence.
The TVR Cerbera.
The T350 was undeniably fun—its sharp handling and compact size made it perfect for short journeys, whether nipping across North Wales or blasting around local roads. It’s a thrilling car that delivers an engaging driving experience in every corner.
But when it came to covering serious miles in the Alps, the Cerbera truly shone. It had the power, the presence, and a sense of occasion that made every twist and turn of the mountain roads unforgettable. There’s something about the way it devours long distances while still feeling raw and exciting that cemented it as my favourite for the trip.
The T350 may be the perfect car for quick weekend blasts, but for epic road trips, the Cerbera wins hands down.
Technically, the TVR Sprint Magazine article was finished before the blog, but the blog was started first.
When we embarked on the unforgettable TVR trip to the Eagles Nest, we knew it was something special. The journey, featuring the TVR Cerbera and TVR T350, took us through some of the most breathtaking Alpine roads, including the Rossfeld Panoramastraße, where we captured the now-iconic magazine cover shot.
The blog began as a way to document the trip as it unfolded, providing real-time updates, behind-the-scenes moments, and additional insights that didn’t make it into the magazine. However, writing for Sprint Magazine Issue 570 (June 2023) required a more structured and polished approach, with final details, images, and editing completed before the blog was fully wrapped up.
So, while the blog came first in concept, the Sprint article was finalised and published first. Both tell the story of the trip in their own way—one as an exclusive magazine feature, the other as an extended, behind-the-scenes account that continues to evolve.
Yes! Our unforgettable trip to the Eagles Nest was featured in TVR Sprint Magazine, Issue 570 (June 2023). The feature included stunning images and detailed notes about the cars, capturing the essence of the adventure.
For this trip, we took both the TVR Cerbera and the TVR T350, driving through breathtaking Alpine roads, with the highlight being the Rossfeld Panoramastraße, where we managed to get the main cover shot for the magazine. The article covered the journey, the cars, and the incredible driving experience, bringing the spirit of TVR ownership to life for readers.
Experience Photography provided all photography for the feature, showcasing the cars against the dramatic mountain scenery. The trip itself was expertly organised by Ben Coombs, well-known for his epic road trips and adventures. It was an incredible experience and a proud moment to see it featured in Sprint Magazine!
If you own a TVR (such as the TVR T350) or simply love the brand, you might have heard about TVR tours, but are they worth it? These road trips bring TVR enthusiasts together for epic drives on some of the best roads in the UK and Europe, often featuring scenic routes, social events, and the unmistakable roar of TVR engines.
A TVR tour isn’t just about the driving (though that’s a huge part of it). It’s also about meeting like-minded people, swapping stories, and experiencing the quirks of these legendary cars in a group setting. Expect a mix of thrilling A-roads, breathtaking landscapes, and well-planned stops at car-friendly hotels, pubs, and landmarks. Some tours even include exclusive access to motorsport venues or special TVR-related experiences.
But what if you don’t own a TVR? Many tours allow passengers or support vehicles, making it possible to join in and enjoy the experience from the passenger seat. Whether you’re considering buying a TVR or just want to see what all the fuss is about, a TVR tour could be the perfect way to get involved in the community. See our Instagram channel here for more photos.
A TVR tour is a group driving experience where TVR owners and enthusiasts take their cars on scenic road trips, often exploring some of the best driving routes in the UK and beyond. These tours range from single-day meetups to multi-day road trips, with planned stops at scenic locations, car-friendly hotels, and sometimes even motorsport venues.
But should you go on one? If you love driving and want to experience your TVR (such as the TVR Cerbera) as it was meant to be driven, on open, exciting roads alongside like-minded enthusiasts, then the answer is probably yes! TVR tours offer the perfect mix of thrilling drives, social meetups, and opportunities to swap stories with fellow owners. Even if you don’t own a TVR, you might still be able to attend as a passenger or support vehicle.
Every tour is different, with some being casual meetups and others professionally organised events with set routes, accommodation, and breakdown support (just in case). Whether you’re looking for a weekend getaway or an epic road trip, there’s likely a TVR tour that fits your driving style. Starting a beekeeping hobby can become costly if you purchase brand-new hives, tools, and protective gear. However, many beekeepers reduce expenses by buying second-hand equipment, which remains perfectly functional when properly cleaned and maintained. This approach can significantly lower upfront costs and make beekeeping more accessible to beginners.

Channing is the only bright spot in Blink Twice. While the rest of the cast struggles to deliver believable performances, Channing brings a level of professionalism and energy that stands out in an otherwise lackluster film. His ability to convey emotion and add depth to his character provides fleeting moments of engagement in an otherwise tedious storyline.
Unfortunately, his efforts are not enough to carry the film. The weak script, uninspired direction, and lack of chemistry between other cast members undermine his performance. If you’re a fan of Channing’s work, you may appreciate his scenes, but they won’t justify sitting through the rest of the movie.
Blink Twice suffers from fundamental issues that derail it from the start. The casting is one of the biggest problems—despite Channing’s commendable effort, the other leads fail to deliver believable performances, resulting in a lack of on-screen chemistry. The story itself is uninspired, riddled with plot holes and predictable twists that leave little for audiences to invest in emotionally or intellectually.
Another major flaw is the pacing, which drags in an attempt to create tension but instead leaves viewers bored and disengaged. Furthermore, there’s a lingering sense that nepotism, rather than raw talent, is the reason this project came to fruition. While the film had the resources to succeed, it squandered them on a lackluster script and uninspired direction.
In short, no, Blink Twice falls flat on nearly every front. The film fails to deliver compelling performances or an engaging storyline, making it difficult to justify the nearly two-hour runtime. While Channing manages to deliver a decent performance, the main protagonist and her colleague lack chemistry and fail to draw audiences into the narrative. The film’s pacing drags, and its plot is riddled with clichés and predictability.
What’s worse, the movie seems to ride on hype rather than substance, with a lot of buzz surrounding its release but little to show for it on screen. If you value strong acting, a well-written script, and a movie that leaves you thinking long after it ends, Blink Twice is not the film for you. Save your time and money for something more deserving of your attention. Check out other films to watch here.

The TVR Cerbera is renowned for its impressive speed, especially considering its lightweight body and powerful V8 engine. Depending on the model, the Cerbera could accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just under 4 seconds, with a top speed exceeding 180 mph. This performance placed it among the fastest production cars of its era, competing with supercars from more established brands. The car’s blend of raw power, agile handling, and minimalist design ethos contributed to its reputation as one of the most exciting cars to drive on both road and track.
Cat Cafe Liverpool is a cozy spot on Bold Street where visitors can relax with friendly cats. For £12 per hour, you get unlimited hot drinks, though extras like cakes cost more. It’s a great place for cat lovers, though costs can add up quickly.
Yes, it’s highly recommended to book your paragliding adventure in Interlaken ahead of time. Due to its popularity, spots fill up quickly, and I’ve seen people turned away as early as midday because everything was fully booked. Reserving your flight in advance ensures that you don’t miss out on this amazing experience, especially if you’re visiting during peak tourist seasons. Booking early also gives you a wider choice of time slots, allowing you to plan your day more effectively.
While paragliding in Interlaken isn’t the cheapest activity, it’s definitely worth the price. At the time of writing, a flight costs around £200, with an additional £40 for photos. Considering the expertise of the pilots, the stunning views of the Swiss Alps, and the once-in-a-lifetime experience, the price feels justified. You’re not just paying for a thrill; you’re paying for the quality, safety, and unforgettable memories. Many people who have flown say it was the highlight of their trip and well worth the investment.
I felt completely safe – Yes, paragliding in Interlaken is very safe. All flights are conducted by highly trained and experienced pilots who are dedicated to making sure every passenger has a secure and enjoyable experience. They walk you through every step of the process, from pre-flight instructions to a smooth takeoff and gentle landing. You’re equipped with the best safety gear, and the pilots ensure that everything is checked before you even leave the ground. The calm and professionalism of the staff quickly put any concerns to rest.
