I was interested to see what the Huel Ready to Drink refrigerated shakes were like.

First off, I wasn’t sure what I was expecting. The texture is thicker than I thought it would be, but it wasn’t unpleasant. While cold (from the fridge) it’s not refreshing, it does taste nice, and I can see why it’s not been watered down too much when it’s meant to be a meal replacement. It’s got a distinctive undertaste, but I quite like it. I took a video of the Huel Ready to Drink being poured so you can see what I mean.

I’ve started to use this after I swim, rather than protein powder, as the powder can make me bloated. This doesn’t appear to have the same effect, it’s got more protein in it along with other goodies.

Huel Ready to Drink Chocolate Flavour is pretty good. It tastes nice and is nutritionally complete.
